In 2015, we started Groots on the basis of mail support services, to deploy and customize Mithi Email Solution. Its growth and success enabled us to boost our business to invest in a team that is committed to continuously improving our knowledge of technologies, and capable of delivering open source technologies on cloud that would be deploy cloud feature environments.
Complementing the support of our mailing solution, in 2016 and 2017 we delivered open source applications like Monitoring, CRM, Ticketing, On Site Mail Support and more to different sectors. Today we continue to improve our experience and to add new technologies that helps customer service work more effectively.
